Within a few days you get a clear proposal covering scope, timeline and terms. No hidden items.
3. Build
First draft in 7–14 days. If your material isn't ready, I prepare AI drafts of copy and images for you to approve.
4. Launch and care
The site goes live and I look after hosting, updates, security and monthly edits.

FAQ about renting a website monthly (WaaS)
- Who owns the domain and content?
- You do. The domain is registered to your company and all texts and images remain yours. The subscription covers build, hosting, maintenance and support.
- What happens after 24 months?
- The subscription continues monthly on the same terms and you get a free full visual redesign. You can switch plans at any time.
- What if I want to leave early?
- The contract runs for 24 months. Early exit is possible by agreement — either buying out the remainder or moving to a one-off purchase of the site. It is all written into the contract, no surprises.
- What does 'up to 2 hours a month' cover?
- Publishing news and articles, swapping images, price and copy edits, adding forms, small design tweaks. Unused hours roll over to the next month.
- Are hosting and the domain included?
- Yes. Hosting, SSL certificate, domain, updates and uptime monitoring are included — no separate annual invoices.
- What about Google Ads and SEO?
- Basic technical SEO is included. Google Ads campaigns and broader marketing are quoted separately.
